- Although my diploma says that I am an environmental engineer, and my paycheck confirms this occupation, my real passion is sewing and designing women's apparel and accessories. I started my own handbag company while living on South Beach in Miami, called AMGbags. When my Japanese Granny passed away in 2008, I thought the best way to honor her memory (since she taught me how to sew) would be to rename AMGbags, kazu k. designs.
